Hiroyuki Uchida

Dr. Hiroyuki Uchida is a senior lecturer at the Department of Neuropsychiatry, Keio University School of Medicine. He specializes in clinical psychopharmacology in schizophrenia. 

Dr. Uchida has been performing a series of clinical trials and positron emission tomography studies, focusing on the optimal antipsychotic treatment for schizophrenia. He has authored/co-authored more than 170 articles and book chapters and received numerous academic awards, including the Collegium Internationale Neuro-Psychopharmacologicum, Poster Award, the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, Barry Lebowitz Early Career Scientist Award, and the Japanese Society of Schizophrenia Research, Best Accomplishment Award. He works as an editor for Pharmacopsychiatry and an international editorial member for Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology.
